It’s a common struggle associated with internet marketing, Michael. You’re sitting alone in your office typing away on your computer wondering who is listening, who’s, opening and who’s going to take action. This is perhaps the crux of the problem for small local business people who rely on face to face personal interaction to judge the effectiveness of their marketing.

Always great information Joanne. We often struggle with with how often and what day of the week to send out our emails, so any content offering statistics, is always appreciated.
